PROJECT301 is a creative collective based in New York, dedicated to reinterpreting traditional Korean culture through a modern lens. We cherish the meaningful opportunities to share our unique perspectives with the people of New York. Our team, driven by a constant thirst for creativity, comes together to brainstorm and discuss, finding joy in the process itself. We recognize the profound significance each time a new project emerges from our collaborative efforts.

Our Team
Yoonjung Kim is a Seoul-born, New York-based art director and founding member of 301 Project. With years of experience in commercial design across Korea and the U.S., she began this project as a way to explore Korean traditions through a contemporary lens.
Living in New York led her to reflect more deeply on her cultural roots. For her, 301 Project is a space to reconnect with heritage, express personal stories, and reimagine tradition through visual language and movement.
Ji Hyun Kim is a dancer and choreographer from Seoul, South Korea. She earned her B.S. in Dance from Hanyang University and won the Gold Prize at the Dong-A Dance Competition. After performing with Garimda Dance Company, she moved to New York in 2012 and earned her MFA from NYU Tisch. She has since performed with renowned companies including Kidd Pivot and Trisha Brown, and presented her own works in the U.S. and Korea. A founding member of 301 PROJECT, she is currently based in Jersey City, continuing to perform, create, and teach.
EJ is a pianist and film music composer who is born and raised in South Korea, currently residing in New York City.
She began studying classical piano at the age of five and went on to study at Chungnam National University in South Korea. In 2012, she moved to New York City with lots of musical experience. Receiving a scholarship at Berklee College of Music in 2015, she earned her BM degree in Film Scoring and continues to work on many projects in NYC.
Dong Min was born and raised in South Korea and has lived in New York City since 2010. A CUNY graduate in commercial photography, he uses photography to express himself and highlight his subjects.
With over 20 years of experience in editorial and product photography in Korea and NYC, he has recently expanded into videography.
Always exploring new techniques, he brings creativity and precision to his work through thoughtful use of light, composition, and detail.
Minam Kim is a New York–based videographer specializing in cinematic storytelling for commercial, documentary, concert, and branded content. With a sharp eye and a passion for meaningful visuals, he brings stories to life from shoot to final edit.
Born in South Korea and raised in New York City, Jin is a multi-hyphenated designer and marketing professional with experience in graphic design, marketing, styling, and experiential design. He has worked across commercial and private events, and is skilled in 3D CAD, display, research, and home decor styling. With a sharp eye for detail and a love of learning, he collaborates on 301 Projects to reconnect with his Korean roots while continuing personal work from his home studio.

Formed in 2018, we have been connecting creative minds from diversedisciplines to collaboratively brainstorm ideas for visual performances. We arecurrently a group of Korean creatives from various fields such as graphic,product/industrial, fashion design, photography, dance, and performance art. Without any boundaries or limitations, new projects are produced by consistentmeetings and communications with new additions of creatives on each project.While aesthetics are important, we take pride in showcasing the process' of eachteam member on each project.
